Shipping regions
We ship to most countries worldwide. Want to know whether delivery to your address is possible? Add the product to your cart and go to checkout — there you'll see the available destinations and shipping methods.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends). Most products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs
The exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Our current standard rates:

Express options: UPS Express within the EU (1–3 business days) for €15.00, or FedEx International Priority worldwide for €15.00 — selectable at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times in business days, excluding processing time:
- European Union: 1–4 business days
- Worldwide: 1–9 business days
- UPS Express (EU): 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
- Delivery times may increase due to an incomplete or incorrect address, customs delays, remote areas or other unforeseen circumstances. Final delivery depends on the carrier.
- If items are not in stock at the local warehouse, they may be shipped from another warehouse. Your order may then arrive in multiple parcels.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. Didn't receive it? Please check your spam or junk folder.
Track your order
Once your order has shipped, you can track its status in two ways:
- Track My Order (website): go to aeroband.eu, scroll to the footer and click "Track My Order". Enter your order number, email address or tracking number.
- Carrier website: use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation on the carrier's official site for the most up-to-date information.

Shipping conditions
Please make sure your name, delivery address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout. We do not ship to PO boxes.
- Check your address: double-check your address before you pay. Entered the wrong address? Email info@aeroband.eu as soon as possible.
- Delivery country: orders are delivered to the country you provide at checkout.
- Address change after shipping: once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change. Any risks or extra costs are then at the customer's expense.
Delays and force majeure
AeroBand is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Longer transit times to remote areas (may take 1–2 business days extra)
- Causes on the recipient's side (incorrect address or contact details, refusal, address change after shipping, cancellation after shipping)
- Force majeure (natural disasters, transport disruptions, communication failures, government measures, war, unrest or strikes)
