Return Policy
Not completely happy? No problem. Below you'll find how to return an item, when you'll get your money back and what the conditions are. Questions? Email info@aeroband.eu.
Free returns in just a few clicks
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. You arrange it yourself, instantly and for free, through our returns portal — there's no need to wait for a reply first.
- Go to the returns portal: aeroband-europe.shipping-portal.com/rp
- Enter your order number with the # in front (e.g. #1234) and your postal code.
- Select the items you want to return and the reason.
- Instantly create your free return label, print it and attach it to the parcel.
Is the item faulty or damaged? Add photos or a video in the portal. Prefer email? Send your order number, the items and the reason to info@aeroband.eu.
Return address (Netherlands)
The return label you create through the portal already includes the correct return address — you don't need to add it yourself. Returns are processed in the Netherlands. Our location:

Please add your order number to the parcel (on a note inside the box) so we can process your return correctly.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals and parts.
- Show no signs of wear, damage or misuse (unless the return is due to a defect or transit damage).
Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Items with missing parts that are not the result of our error.
- Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Did your item arrive damaged or faulty, or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@aeroband.eu or the returns portal. Add photos or videos, plus a photo of the shipping label. This does not affect your statutory warranty.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved:
- We refund via your original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
- The original shipping costs are not refunded, unless you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, or the return is the result of our error (wrong, damaged or faulty item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Would you like a different item? Return the original item (after approval) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible via info@aeroband.eu. If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and you can return the parcel after receipt in accordance with this policy.
