Not entirely satisfied? You can return your order for free within 30 days of receipt. You can arrange this yourself, directly via our returns portal: aeroband-europe.shipping-portal.com/rp

Here's how it works:

1. Go to the returns portal.
2. Enter your order number with a # in front (e.g., #1234) and your postal code.
3. Select the items and the reason for return.
4. Immediately generate your free return label, print it, and attach it to the package.

The correct return address is already on the label. Please add your order number on a note inside the box.

Conditions: items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging, accessories, and parts. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of in-ear earbuds if the seal has been broken.

Statutory right of withdrawal: as a consumer, you always have at least 14 days to cancel your order without stating a reason. If you cancel within these 14 days, we will also refund the standard shipping costs.

Refund: once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method (usually within 5–10 business days).

Damaged or incorrect item received? Email info@aeroband.eu within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve it immediately.

Here's the revised version, in line with EU/NL consumer law. Key changes: the warranty period has been harmonized to 2 years (consistent with your Terms of Service), and there's a clear statement that this manufacturer's warranty does not affect your statutory rights — mandatory in the EU. I've also formulated the exclusions a bit more carefully so they don't appear to limit your mandatory consumer rights.

At AeroBand, we stand for the quality and reliability of our products. Every AeroBand product comes with a free two-year manufacturer's warranty, covering performance-related defects from the date of delivery.

If your product experiences a functional issue within this period, you may be eligible for warranty service. Please contact our support team at info@aeroband.eu with your order details and a brief description of the problem, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Your statutory rights

This manufacturer's warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. As a consumer in the Netherlands and the EU, you always have the right to a legal guarantee: a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. If a product does not meet this standard, you are entitled to free repair or replacement, or an appropriate price reduction or termination of the purchase.

When does the manufacturer's warranty not apply?

The manufacturer's warranty may not apply in the following cases (this does not affect your statutory rights):

1. The product is outside the two-year warranty period.
2. The product was not purchased from the official AeroBand webshop, or a valid proof of purchase (such as your order number and email address) is missing.
3. The proof of purchase is forged, altered, or manipulated.
4. The defect is the result of misuse, incorrect installation, or careless handling.
5. There are signs of tampering with internal components, or serial numbers, labels, or seals have been removed or altered.
6. The product is damaged by external factors such as fire, water damage, lightning strikes, or other natural events.

How to request warranty service?

To request warranty service, please contact our support team at info@aeroband.eu and include:

1. Your order details (order number and associated email address).
2. A detailed description of the problem.
3. Photos or video as evidence, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Additional notes

If a product is damaged or modified by the customer — for example, due to improper use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized alterations — the manufacturer's warranty may become void. Free repair or replacement may not be available in such cases. Your claim under the statutory warranty will, of course, remain valid where applicable.
