Please note that AeroBand Guitars and PocketDrums follow separate logistics policies and may be shipped through different carriers.
We currently ship to the majority of major countries worldwide. To verify whether delivery is available to your location, add the desired product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Eligible shipping destinations and available shipping methods will be displayed there.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–2 business days for processing and packaging, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Most products are shipped from our Netherlands (NL) warehouse.

Delivery times may be extended due to incomplete/incorrect address information, customs clearance delays, remote areas, or other unforeseen circumstances. Final delivery depends on the carrier’s logistics arrangements.

If items in your order are out of stock at the local warehouse, they may be shipped from another warehouse. Your order could arrive in separate packages.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Order & Logistics Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status in two ways:

Track My Order (Website)
Visit aeroband.eu, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “Track My Order” in the footer. Enter your order number, email address, or tracking number. -
Carrier Website
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s official website for the most up-to-date tracking information.
If you can’t locate your tracking details or have concerns about your order, contact info@aeroband.eu.
Shipping Notice
To ensure successful delivery, please ensure your name, shipping address, and contact information are accurate and complete at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Destination: Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed.

AeroBand is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
