How can I apply a coupon code during checkout?
- On the checkout page, fill in the required information.
- In the order summary section, look for the 'Discount code or gift card' input box.
- Type your discount code or gift card code into the box.
- Click the 'Apply' button to activate it.
- Proceed to finalize your purchase after the discount is applied.

Which payment methods can I use?
Payment Methods
At AeroBand, we offer a wide range of secure payment options to ensure a smooth and easy checkout experience.
1. Direct Bank Transfers (iDEAL & Wero)
We support the most popular local payment methods for our European customers:
- iDEAL: Pay directly through your own Dutch bank's secure environment.
- Wero: The new European standard for fast and secure direct bank payments.
2. Credit Cards & Digital Wallets
We accept all major international cards and mobile wallets:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
- Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay for a one-click checkout.
3. Flexible Installments & Pay Later
Prefer to receive your product first? Select these options at checkout:
- Klarna: Pay within 30 days or split your payment into interest-free installments.
- Afterpay (Riverty): Securely pay after your order has been delivered.
4. PayPal
Pay quickly with built-in buyer protection. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit card or bank account via the secure PayPal guest checkout.
5. Coupon Codes
Have a discount code? Enter it at checkout and click "Apply".
- Note: Only one coupon can be used per order. Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
Security & Privacy
Your privacy is our priority. AeroBand does not collect or store your card numbers or bank login details. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure connections provided by our payment partners.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, you’ll need to place your order again, as we cannot reinstate declined orders.
To avoid issues when reordering, please check the following:
- Verify your order information (phone number, email, shipping name if sending to a business address).
- Double-check your card details, including expiry date and billing address.
- Enter the correct security code (the three-digit number on the back of your card).
- Contact your card issuer to see if they declined the payment and why.
If everything seems correct but the payment still fails, try using a different card or payment method.
Will I be charged any extra payment fees when purchasing Aeroband products?
If you pay with an international bank card, your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees.
These fees depend on your bank’s policies and are not shown during checkout. Please check with your bank for details. Aeroband is not responsible for these payment fees.
What is the refund process for Klarna installment payments?
When you pay with Klarna’s installment plan, Klarna first pays the full order amount to AeroBand on your behalf. You then repay Klarna in installments.
If you request a refund, the refund will always go back through Klarna first, and Klarna will handle it according to your payment status.
Here’s how it works:
- If you have already paid all installments:Klarna will receive the refund from AeroBand and then return the amount directly to your original payment method (such as your bank card or account).
- If you are still paying in installments:Klarna will use the refund to offset your remaining unpaid balance first.
Any remaining amount will then be returned to your original payment method. - If your installment has not yet been billed or charged:Klarna will simply cancel the upcoming bill, and you won’t need to pay anything.

All refunds will follow this same route, regardless of the payment gateway used.
Refund processing time may vary depending on Klarna’s settlement cycle, typically taking 3–5 business days.
Note:
- AeroBand does not issue refunds directly to your bank account or card for Klarna orders.
- Klarna will automatically update your payment schedule and notify you via email or the Klarna App.
- For transaction details or refund progress, please contact Klarna Customer Support directly.

Shipping & Logistics – AeroBand Europe
Shipping Regions
AeroBand Europe ships to most major countries worldwide. Our logistics are coordinated from our office in Rijswijk, Netherlands. To verify delivery availability for your location, simply add the desired product to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Eligible destinations will be displayed there.
Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Depending on stock levels, we ship from our warehouses in the EU,
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- European Union (EU): 3–11 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 3–6 business days
- United States (US): 3–6 business days
- Canada (CA): 3–9 business days
Note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, incorrect address information, or carrier delays. If items are out of stock at a local warehouse, they may be shipped separately from another location.
Important Information
- Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping details before payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Changes: We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped. Any additional costs or risks due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
- Destination: Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was originally placed.

AeroBand is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural or remote regions may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- Customer Issues: Incomplete addresses, refused packages, or changes requested after dispatch.
- Force Majeure: Events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or major transportation disruptions.

Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout for our standard service.
2. EU Deliveries & Taxes
For all orders shipped within the European Union, the price you see at checkout is final.
- No Import Duties: Since we ship within the EU, you will not be charged extra customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
- VAT Included: All prices are inclusive of the applicable Statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).
3. International Shipping (Outside EU)
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union:
- Import Fees: You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or local customs fees. These are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our total price.
- UPS Shipments: We primarily ship via UPS. Please note that for international shipments, any brokerage fees or customs inspections are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Delivery Times & Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. While we strive for fast delivery, please note that external factors like customs inspections (for non-EU orders) can occasionally cause delays.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. Please contact us at info@aeroband.eu to initiate a return.

What does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide.
If you would like to receive your order faster, we offer Express Shipping for an additional fee. These costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total value of your purchase.

You can easily check the cost for Express Shipping before finalizing your order:
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- Enter your country, address, and ZIP/postal code in the cart.
- Click 'Calculate' to view the available shipping methods and the associated costs for your location.
Note for International Shipments:
We primarily ship via UPS. For orders outside the EU, please be aware that any additional customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
Depending on your country's customs policies, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other customs fees upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the total price shown at checkout.
Import taxes and duties are determined by your country's customs authorities at the time of entry, and the exact amount varies by destination. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or cover these fees, as they are regulated by local governments.
AeroBand is not responsible for any customs-related charges incurred during or after delivery.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable import regulations or fees.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged or Defective Items
Did your order arrive damaged or is the product not working correctly? We are here to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.
What to do if your package is damaged:
- Inspect upon delivery: If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, please take photos before opening it.
- Provide details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and the product itself.
Our Process:
Once we receive your report, our team in Rijswijk will assess the damage. If the product is indeed defective or damaged during transit, we will arrange a replacement or a suitable solution at no extra cost to you.
Note: Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first. We will provide you with specific instructions to ensure a smooth resolution.
